    Tracy Johnson has more than 20 years of association management and non-profit experience and has held roles as executive director for TEMPO Milwaukee; director of public affairs for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra; and director of communications for an association of plumbing and mechanical contractors. Tracy holds a public relations degree and an executive MBA with a focus in international business, both from Marquette University. She has been recognized by the Business Journal as a Forty Under 40 and a “Woman of Influence”. She has been a contributor on AM620 WTMJ’s Steve Scaffidi Show.  Tracy lives in Mequon with her husband Jim and sons Zachary and Charlie.

    Project Manager, Mortensen

    Charles Green, Jr. is a project manager at Mortenson, a U.S.-based, top-25 builder, developer and provider of energy and engineering services committed to helping organizations move their strategies forward. Charles is a dedicated builder, not only focused on infrastructure, but also building the next generation of Wisconsinites through youth mentoring. Charles is a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee and serves on an advisory committee focused on mentor recruitment. Additional board involvement includes board service for the Milwaukee Parks Foundation, where Charles also chairs the development and event committees. ion goes here

  • Jorge Martinez de Alva, Secretary & Treasurer

    Global Growth Director, Clinical Accessories: GE HealthCare

    Jorge Martinez de Alva is a finance executive working for GE Healthcare. His career with GE expands for the last 20 years having worked in other business units such as GE Plastics throughout Mexico and the United States. Prior to joining GE, he was an investment banking executive in Mexico having worked in the local affiliates of global banks such as BNP Paribas, HSBC and Banamex. He is committed to the Hispanic community by currently serving as a member of the audit committee at La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. a non for profit organization with the mission to advance Hispanics and their communities in the Waukesha area. Mr. Martinez de Alva studied his upper education in Mexico having earned his CPA degree from ITAM College and his MBA from IPADE Business School.

  • Kathy Ehley, Immediate Past Chair

    Mayor, City of Wauwatosa (retired)

    Kathy Ehley served as Mayor of Wauwatosa from 2012 to 2020. In those eight years, Wauwatosa saw an increase in development, improved communications and an increase in resident involvement on many municipal boards and committees. During her time as mayor, Kathy also served as vice chair of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) and other board committees. Before becoming mayor, she served her community for five years as executive director of The Village of Wauwatosa Business Improvement District (BID) overseeing the creation of a strategic development plan for the commercial district and attracting new restaurants and shops.
